Ahhhhh the life of someone who seemingly could end up on live TV any second.
ABC News 24 presenter Natasha Exelby nearly jumped out of her chair when she suddenly was summoned from her daydream and realised she was live on air.Â
After a prerecorded package, the cameras go back to Exelby, who is seen lazily fiddling with a pen.
She quickly realises she is back on screen and reacts with horror. Her gasp is literally audible.

While she is perhaps a bit embarrassed by the incident, people took to Twitter to praise her:Â
God I love @NatashaExelby - what a reaction! 😂 And good to see you back on Aussie TV. Superstar. #XLB
