Grieving Father Punches His Three Year-Old’s Killer In the Face In Court

A grieving father snapped and punched his three-year-old child’s killer in the face during sentencing in court in Detroit.

Dwayne Smith punched Clifford Thomas in the face as he gave a victim impact statement.

The child's mother, Jasmine Gordon and Clifford Thomas were found guilty of manslaughter after Jamila Smith died of multiple blunt force trauma injuries last year.

Smith was removed from the courtroom but not charged. 

Gordon was sentenced to seven to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter and 14-25 years for first-degree child abuse, to serve concurrently.

Thomas was sentenced to six to 15 years for involuntary manslaughter.
