This is Just How Easy it is To Retouch Your Body on Instagram

If this doesn't prove the massive difference between Instagram and reality then we really don't know what will.

Obviously we are aware that there are photo editing apps you can use to make yourself look picture perfect, but we didn't realise is that we could use these to make our bodies look so much smaller within a minute or two.

YouTube vlogger, Amelia G, has made a video that points out just how easy it is to alter photos of our bodies.

In a few simple steps Amelia has slimmed her waist, thighs and enlarged her breasts, and the difference between the photos is startling:
