With Christmas upon us, everyone will be keen to get into some Christmas flicks!

Netflix has very specialised subgenres of movies and TV shows, which aren't always easy to access.

Netflix will only recommend specific movies and genres if you've previously watched something similar.

It's all based on the algorithm Netflix uses, which collects data about what its users are viewing.

If Netflix hasn't suggested a certain subgenre, it's pretty hard to find it on your own.

However, thanks to the Telegraph, it turns out there's an easy web address trick that allows you to find any available subgenre.

All you have to do is log into your Netflix account and enter www.netflix.com/browse/genre/XXXX into your browser's toolbar (instead of typing XXXX, you'll type in a series of numbers that correspond to Netflix's subgenres).

Note: Regional differences might prevent certain codes from working.

Here's a list of all the Christmas categories to help you find:

Christmas, Children & Family Films (1474017)
Christmas, Children & Family Films, Ages 5 to 7 (1477201)
