There's two kinds of people in this world, those who like Pepsi and those who like Coke...okay there's people who don't like either, but we don't need to talk about them right now.

The debate on which soda is better comes down to preference, but did you know that aside from ratios of sugar and other ingredients, there's actually only one difference between the Coke and Pepsi recipes.

It's hard to explain how the two taste different; Pepsi fans swear that their beloved drink tastes more refreshing, while Coke lovers rave that theirs is sweeter and therefore better. But author Malcolm Gladwell has a better way of separating the two.

Gladwell Explains that "Pepsi is characterised by a citrus-y flavor burst, unlike the more raisin-y-vanilla taste of Coke." This makes sense when you consider the ingredient Pepsi has that Coke doesn't; Citric Acid.

But does that make it better than Coke? You decide!
