Yeah the Kiwi's, this is M A S S I V E!Â
After a sweaty festy season in their homeland including R&V, Bay Dreams, Northern Bass, Soundsplash, and many more, Kiwi electronic duo SACHI and close friend Montell2099 have been announced as the first-ever NZ acts to play Belgium’s Tomorrowland - the most prestigious electronic music festival in the world!Â
What a bucket list moment putting Aotearoa on the world stage! The boy's Will and Nick caught up with Cam from the ZM Late Show and pumped at the news, "It feels crazy, we're so excited." "We're excited to put NZ on the map out there. It's gonna be one of those pinch-me moments when we're actually there." Catch their full chat above.
In 2019, Tomorrowland saw 400,000 attendees from over 200 countries and is finally ready to make a long-awaited comeback after COVID-19 postponements.
SACHI and Montell2099 have made history as Aotearoa’s first two acts to grace the stacked lineup of over 700 artists across two weekends, alongside renowned international acts including Alesso, Martin Garrix, Netsky, Diplo, Marshmello, and many more.
Hot on the heels of their December EP Breakfast With Ella, SACHI are set to bring their dynamic live show to its biggest heights yet at Tomorrowland. Injecting their exhilarating EDM with live band elements, forming a non-traditional electronic experience that favours the unexpected.
Montell2099 will make his Tomorrowland debut unveiling his mind-bending, surreal visual show production in collaboration with lighting and stage design wizards Human Person (Travis Scott, Drake, Post Malone).
Idk about you, but we're booking flights asap!
