People think this Costume Disney Brought out for the Moana Film is Racist

Halloween is fast approaching and Disney have just brought out a costume for the character Maui from their film Moana which is set to come out at the end of this year.
Buuut people immediately reacted to this costume saying Disney are portraying brown face/black face because of it's dark complexion and cultural tattoos.
Disney's advertising this costume as an "allover Maui body tattoo screen art", and people are not happy with them involving the cultural appropriations and are uncomfortable with the use of a brown skin colour in particular.
