One Dead and Two Injured in Sydney Shooting

A gunman thought to be armed with an automatic rifle is hold up inside a business in southwest Sydney, with police negotiators at the scene.
Three people are believed to have been shot, one fatally, at the Ingleburn industrial site. Two people have been taken to hospital.
The gunman is still inside the building. It's unknown if others are inside the business.
