Lady Gaga and Doechii have teamed up for a brand‑new track for The Devil Wears Prada 2, and the first trailer gives fans a taste of their song Runway with an upbeat dance rhythm. The teaser is the first listen to this exciting collaboration, which has already got the internet buzzing.

Gaga has praised Doechii as one of the most exciting new writers in music, calling her pen immediately legendary. In an interview with British Vogue, she highlighted Doechii’s raw, deeply personal perspective and the power in her words that struck her to the core.

The fashion-driven sequel sees Gaga returning to the screen, filming her scenes during her Mayhem Ball Tour last year, following her role in Joker: Folie à Deux, and even making a cameo in Netflix’s hit series Wednesday.

The Doechii duet reveal comes amid drama: Gaga pulled out of her Montreal show due to a respiratory infection. She was heartbroken to cancel her third night at the Bell Centre, just hours before going on stage.

In an Instagram post, Gaga said she had been battling the illness, doing her best to rest, but was strongly advised by her doctor not to perform. She admitted she couldn’t deliver the performance fans deserved and expressed how heartbroken she was to let people down.

She added that her earlier Montreal shows had been magical and deeply meaningful, making the cancellation even harder: “I know how deeply disappointing this is… To everyone who was coming tonight, I’m absolutely heartbroken and so sorry.”

Gaga and Doechii’s new track is already setting the tone for one of the year’s most anticipated sequel.
