ASOS is a very popular online shopping destination; they have have a massive range, with decent prices, and the website allows for a really easy, stress-free purchase.
However, their attempts to make the shopping experience even better has rubbed some up the wrong way.
The retail giant have launched a brand new sizing feature, in an effort to make picking the right size easier.
The new sizing function uses details of previous purchases, and then recommends which size their customer needs.
The technology also bases their suggestions on shopper’s previous items that have been returned because they don’t fit.
Customers also have the option to add their measurements to the database for more accurate results.
But some customers aren't too happy with the function, arguing that many people fluctuate between sizes and that we all probably know our body shape better than some algorithm.
ASOS is trying to say I'm a size 14. I'll have you know a 12 is too big at the waist but I need it for my bum/thighs. 😂

I'm not keen on ASOS's new size thing on product pages. 'Your recommended size large isn't in stock'. WELL I'LL GET A MEDIUM THEN, LOSER.

That size select feature on ASOS is making my self esteem just that much lower when it suggests that they don't have a size for me thanks
