Why do all good things have to come to an end?!
But, at least we have our first look at season three or the last hoorah for our Irish lass' from Derry, Northern Ireland.
U.K. broadcaster Channel 4 unveiled the trailer this morning - just in time for St Patrick's day in the UK.
The drama is created and written by Lisa McGee, who mined her own experiences growing up in Northern Ireland during the Troubles back in the mid-'90s and gained massive popularity on Netflix.
While season one observed the gang navigating their teens in Derry against a backdrop of The Troubles, season two charted the group navigating their parents, parties, love interests and school while the peace process was taking place around them.
“While there’s hope in the air that The Troubles may finally be over, their troubles are only just getting started as they get ever closer to ‘adulthood,'” reads a description from Channel 4, about the new season.
At the moment there is no release date yet for the final season, but we're pretty certain it isn't too far away. We'll be sure to keep you posted, though!
