Barry Keoghan breaks silence on Sabrina Carpenter cheating rumours

Barry Keoghan is finally addressing what was said in the aftermath of his breakup with Sabrina Carpenter and he’s pushing back on one of the biggest claims to come out of it.

Speaking on the Friends Keep Secrets podcast, Barry denied claims he cheated on Sabrina, saying the rumours snowballed online despite having no truth behind them.

“There was a narrative out there... a narrative that’s not true,” he said, adding he never confirmed any of it and instead chose to disappear while the internet did what it does best.

Barry also revealed one woman posted a video making the accusation, before later uploading another admitting she made it up and apologising.

But according to Barry, that update didn’t hit nearly as hard as the original gossip. “No one seemed to latch onto that video,” he said.

Classic online behaviour.

It’s the first time Barry has spoken publicly on the rumours and safe to say... fans will absolutely have thoughts.
