All the info you need to know if you're heading to Ed Sheeran in Auckland!

It's been 5 long years but Ed Sheeran is back in Aotearoa!
Last week he announced his year-long break from social media is officially over, and has been treating his 42 million Instagram fans to new vlogs of his time here in NZ every day.
He's been popping up all over the place! Surprising lucky fans with pop-up performances at three different primary schools, and singing 'I See Fire' in Hobbiton.
After three sold-out intimate shows and playing to 48,000 people at Sky Stadium in Wellington, he's ready to take on Auckland's Eden Park for two massive shows.
Below is everything you need to know if you're heading along.
TICKETS
This event is a fully mobile ticket event. You must download your tickets via the official ticketing agency app (Ticketmaster. Have your ticket(s) ready to scan and turn your phone brightness up before you get to your gate for faster entry.

SET TIMES:
There are NO pass outs during the show. Once you leave, you cannot re-enter.
WEATHER
Sections of the venue are covered, but if you're concerned about getting caught in any impending rain, be sure to bring a poncho or raincoat.
SEATING MAP
BAGS
- Limit of one bag per person.
- Bags can be no larger than A3 size, that is, 42cm x 30cm x 30cm deep.
- Soft-sided bags only, no hard shells.
- Chilly bins and eskys are not permitted.
- Sky Stadium: Please note there are no bag storage facilities.
FOOD/DRINK
Food and drink is available to buy on-site. You are allowed to bring in:
- Sealed plastic-only water bottles up to 1 litre or an empty drink bottle which can be refilled within the venue
- Small amounts of non-commercially produced food intended for the patron’s personal consumption
PARKING/MOBILITY PARKING
There is no parking at Eden Park for the general public. Mobility parking is able to be booked and is on a first-come, first-served basis, please email [email protected].
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP AND RIDESHARE/TAXIS
There are two dedicated rideshare or taxi services drop-off and pick-up locations at Dominion Road by the corner of Bellwood Ave and Morningside Drive area between Taylors Road and Sainsbury Road. Each location is approximately a 5-10 min walk from Eden Park.
Drivers will not be able to get closer to the venue due to the road closures and parking restrictions in place for the concert.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Travel on scheduled bus and train services is included with your concert ticket from 4:30pm until the end of service that day. Simply show your concert ticket when you board.
There will also be special event buses between the City Centre and Eden Park before and after the concert.
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted. This includes e-cigarettes and vaporisers. Designated smoking/vaping areas are outside of the building.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Alcohol not purchased at the venue.
- Animals or pets, with the exception of guide dogs or assistance animals.
- Open drink containers.
- Cans (including aerosol cans), glass bottles (including “perfume bottles”), thermos flasks, any breakable container.
- Commercially produced takeaway food such as McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, pizza etc.
- Illicit drugs.
- Gang patches or gang paraphernalia.
- Dangerous weapons, including but not limited to knives, tasers, mace, studded jewellery.
- Umbrellas.
- Flares, fireworks, laser pointers.
- Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, or bicycles.
- Photographic, video or audio recording equipment for any purpose other than private non-commercial purposes.
- Selfie sticks.
- Sound amplifying devices including air horns.
- Prams, strollers, or pushchairs (there are limited storage facilities for patrons to store these items during the event at their own risk).
- Stools and picnic chairs.
- Hard chilly bins, picnic hampers or soft chilly bags.
- Backpacks larger than 450mm high x 300mm deep x 300mm wide (approx. A3 size).
- Flags, banners etc. that may, at the sole discretion of the Event Management staff, be considered too large or contain profanity or messages that could be deemed offensive.
