Talk about good news!

The Ministry of Health has announced that from September 1st all eligible New Zealanders will be able to get their first COVID jab! Woohoo.

They will also be spacing out the time in between vaccines from four weeks to six, so more people will be able to get their first jab.

From tomorrow the changes come into play with everybody over 50 year olds will be able to book their first vaccine.

A week later on Wednesday 18th, over 40-year-olds will be able to do the same with over 30's following one week after that.

The last group (everybody over 16) will be able to book their vaccines from September 1st.
