In an environmentally conscious effort, the All Blacks' new training uniforms will play its part to help save the environment one bit at a time.
Our favourite Rugby team's athletic maker, Adidas, announced its new line of training wear on Monday in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans, an environmental organisation that aims to raise awareness surrounding the ocean and its damage.Â
The Parley Ocean Plastic used to make new gear sees upcycled marine plastic waste put to use by being woven into the clothing fabric.
"The boys were incredibly inspired by their visit to Motuihe and wanted to make a change," said All Black Beauden Barrett.
"The adidas x Parley partnership is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of something special and it's good to know that we are playing a small part in highlighting the devastation that plastic is causing the oceans."
