Bree & Clint Ran a half marathon with no training... and finished it!
After announcing they'd attempt a half marathon despite doing approximately zero training, Bree & Clint officially completed the challenge at Auckland's Victoria Park, crossing the finish line in 3 hours and 30 minutes whilst simultaneously hosting a radio show. A world first maybe?
A move that shocked fitness experts, concerned friends, and honestly... themselves. "How hard can it be?" was the level of research that went into their preparation and turns out it was "pretty bloody hard."
Thank you to everyone who came down, ran a few laps, and cheered us on - we couldn't have done it without your support! And shout out to our pals at LSKD sorted us out with the best kit. We had "all the gear and no idea".

Plus, tune in on Monday to hear the aftermath and recovery...

Where did the idea even come from?
The idea came after the pair discovered that music producer Benny Blanco completed a half marathon after making the decision during a late-night drinking session.
Naturally, instead of seeing this as a unique and slightly alarming achievement, Bree & Clint saw it as inspiration.
The test lap went well...
The challenge wasn't a full marathon, let's be clear. It was a half marathon, which is still a perfectly reasonable 21.1 kilometres of continuous running. For context, that's a distance many people spend months training for. Bree & Clint only had a few days.
Keep in mind they had to do a live radio show at the same time.
12KMs in and vibes were high.
The moment they crossed the finish line!
